ISSA-Vancouver would like to inform it's members and friends of ISSA of a research project being conducted at the University of British Columbia (UBC).

Dr. Konstantin Beznosov, Assistant Professor at UBC's Computer Engineering Department, and his research team are recruiting participants for a field study that pertains to IT Security Management. The study aims to advance the understanding of the daily practice of IT security so that a methodology for evaluating IT security tools and technologies can be developed, and guidelines for the design of such tools can be created.

Are you or someone you know interested in contributing to their research?
To learn more and get involved, please send Dr. Beznosov an e-mail, or fill out the 10-minute survey at http://hotadmin.org.
